Case Study: Kitchen

This is arranged as two separate preparation areas, each with a large sink and 3 metre maple worktop, on opposite sides of the 18 square metre space.

In the centre stands a large mobile unit which has sets of drawers at both ends, a low level storage rack, and power points. It is set on lockable castor wheels, and can be easily moved. This allows for flexibility in the layout; the room can be quickly adapted for use as required.

There is a large walk-in larder next to the cooking range.
